Terms of service.

1. Website purpose

This website provides information about Marimo Solar Energy, its catalogue, services and enquiry processes. Submitting a form or quotation basket does not automatically create a binding sale.

2. Product prices

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, displayed prices are for equipment only and exclude installation, delivery, site-specific materials, commissioning, permits and other professional services. Prices may change before confirmation.

3. Product availability

Stock status is indicative until Marimo Solar confirms availability. Product images may be representative. Specifications may change where a manufacturer updates a model, but substitutions require customer confirmation.

4. Quotations and acceptance

A formal quotation may specify validity, payment schedule, delivery, installation scope, exclusions and warranty terms. A sale becomes binding only when Marimo Solar confirms acceptance and any required payment has cleared.

5. Installation

Installation is assessed and quoted separately. The customer must provide safe access and accurate information about the site and loads. Additional work discovered after inspection may require a revised scope.

6. Payments

Accepted payment methods and currency are stated on the formal quotation or invoice. Customers should not send funds to account details received from unverified sources.

7. Delivery and collection

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Risk, collection, inspection and transport responsibilities are defined in the confirmed quotation or invoice.

8. Warranties and returns

Product warranties depend on manufacturer terms and the confirmed sale. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, incorrect installation, lightning, abnormal supply conditions or operation outside specifications may not be covered.

9. Customer information

Customers must provide accurate contact, site and load information. Marimo Solar uses submitted details to respond, prepare quotations and maintain business records as described in the privacy notice.

10. Website use

Users must not interfere with website security, submit malicious content, attempt unauthorised administrator access or misuse the enquiry process.

11. Liability

Indicative calculators and general website information are not substitutes for a technical assessment. Marimo Solar is not responsible for decisions made solely from an automated estimate without confirmation.
