The public website does not require customers to create or maintain accounts. Administrator accounts are restricted to authorised Marimo Solar personnel.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential session cookies maintain security and the quotation basket. Browser storage records your optional analytics choice. Analytics must remain disabled unless you accept it through the cookie panel.
Enquiry exports
Authorised administrators may export enquiry records in CSV format for business follow-up. Access is controlled by administrator roles.
Retention and security
Records are retained for legitimate operational, legal and accounting purposes. The website uses HTTPS enforcement, session security, role-based access controls, CSRF protection and upload restrictions. No internet system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices

Third-party channels
When the administrator has configured WhatsApp routing, the website may redirect you with a prefilled message after recording your enquiry. WhatsApp then processes data under its own terms.
